Designer Tia Adeola commemorated ten years of her fashion brand at New York Fashion Week with her Fall/Winter 2025 collection. Drawing inspiration from her Nigerian heritage, Adeola incorporated cultural elements and the colours of the Nigerian flag into her designs. The designer said after spending time in Nigeria in 2024, she dedicated herself to this collection, resulting in elevated ruffle designs and improved craftsmanship.

Johannesburg brand, Wandalephoto recently launched their Fall Winter 2025 campaign. “A large part of what I do is creating and furnishing the world that the clothes live in. It’s offering ourselves and the consumer a visual perspective of the thoughts, research, experiences informing a new season,” the brand exclaimed. Their aim is to create empowering garments through colour, styling, cast and ultimately working with the most well suited image-maker.

The Black in Fashion Council Discovery Showroom, which is now in its tenth season, continues to advocate for diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry. The showroom has provided a platform for over 75 designers worldwide, fostering a supportive community and helping them connect with a broader audience.

The brand aims to tell African stories through designs. Their products are designed in Paris and handcrafted by artisans in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, using premium natural leathers with semi-vegetable tanning.

Designer Thebe Magugu’s latest Magugu F.C Valentine’s kit has found the perfect ambassadors—power couple Nandi Madida and Zakes Bantwini.
